ATC is excited to announce that we have completed commissioning of a new 200T stamp forming press for fabrication of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites. This increases our capabilities for rapid forming of structural components for aerospace and other high-performance applications.
ATC now has 10 stamp forming presses with part sizes up to 60-inch x 30 inch (152 x 36 cm). ATC has full capability to manufacture laminates in-house with two Continuous Compression Molding (CCM) lines. We also supply production profiles manufactured using in-house Profile CCM equipment. ATC performs all finishing processes including precision machining, surface preparation, prime, paint, and edge seal. We are fully equipped and NADCAP approved for inspections including CMM and ultrasonic NDI. ATC is focused on high performance applications and we manufacture structural components using continuous fiber unidirectional tapes and fabrics with PEEK, PEKK, LM-PAEK, PPS and PEI matrices. ATC has been certified to aerospace quality standard AS9100 since 201X.
