Then to Now

ATC was founded in 2004, by Dan Jorgenson, an industrial engineer with thermoplastic composites and lean engineering expertise. From the beginning ATC pioneered the adoption of thermoplastic technology – parts and structures – in the Aerospace industry. In 2010 ATC and Lakeside Capital forged a friendship and partnership. Joined in the vision of fostering growth and advancing superior low-cost solutions to the aerospace industry. ATC and Lakeside Capital consistently demonstrate our commitment by investing in facilities, leading-edge proprietary machinery and the most experienced personnel in the industry. Through this approach we have continued to grow rapidly and in 2015 we moved into a new, custom-built, state-of-the-art facility.

Today, Thermoplastic composite products are used in many structural applications where low weight and high strength are crucial. ATC converts high temperature thermoplastic materials into the highest strength, lowest weight parts. 100% inspection can be achieved using state-of-the-art inspection systems to guarantee our customers the best possible quality.

ATC is an active member of TPRC (Netherlands) to ensure involvement in cutting edge material science and processing technology.

Our approach has been recognized in the aerospace industry. We are a member of TPRC (Thermo Plastic Composites Research Center) Netherlands. We are also a Boeing Silver Supplier, nominated as Boeing supplier of the year in 2016 for Technology and Development and in 2017 for Collaboration. We consistently meet and exceed customer quality and on-time delivery targets.
