David Leach and the other 2022 SAMPE fellows were recognized at the October CAMX conference in Anaheim, CA this year. David is one of four fellows announced for 2022 who are being recognized for their distinguished contributions in the fields of materials and processes and remarkable achievements. Fellows are nominated by their peer group and the award is one of the organization’s most prestigious awards.
SAMPE compiled a video on David’s career in thermoplastic composites development which was shown at the awards ceremony during CAMX. Check the video out below and some images from the CAMX awards night which some of the ATC team was able to attend to honor David in person. We are so proud and humbled to work with such a pioneer!
