By February 25, 2020No Comments

ATC Manufacturing is proud to announce it has been selected to participate in the T3 Transition Accelerator Program led by the Wright Brothers Institute in partnership with the Air Force Small Business Innovative Research Program Office (AF SBIR/STTR), the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and the Entrepreneurs Center (TEC) of Dayton, Ohio.  ATC is one of ten companies selected to participate out of a total of 63 applicants.

All of the companies selected will participate in an intensive 10-week training in order to accelerate the development of materials and manufacturing processes aimed at low-cost, reusable, and minimal maintenance structures for UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) and space systems.

The T3 Accelerator culminates in a day-long Demo Day where we will pitch our technologies to the Air Force as well as other interested parties.

Upon completion of the T3 Accelerator program, participants of the program can move forward to the Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program, which concludes in financial rewards of up to $1.5 million.

Congratulations to the other companies chosen to participate in the T3 Accelerator along with ATC Manufacturing.  We feel privileged to be selected for this honor and look forward to becoming more involved in defense work and working with the Air Force.
