ATC was founded in 2004 by Dan Jorgenson, an Industrial Engineer with thermoplastic composites and lean engineering expertise. From the beginning ATC pioneered the adoption of thermoplastic technology – parts and structures – in the Aerospace industry. In 2010, ATC and Lakeside Capital forged a friendship and partnership. The two joined in the vision of fostering growth and advancing superior low-cost solutions to the aerospace industry. ATC and Lakeside Capital consistently demonstrate their commitment by investing in facilities, leading-edge proprietary machinery, and the most experienced personnel in the industry. Through this approach, ATC has continued to grow rapidly, and in 2015 we moved into a new, custom-built, state-of-the-art facility.
Today, Thermoplastic composite products are used in many structural applications where low weight and high strength are crucial. ATC converts high temperature thermoplastic materials into the highest strength, lowest weight parts. 100% inspection can be achieved using state-of-the-art inspection systems to guarantee our customers the best possible quality.
ATC is an active member of TPRC (Netherlands) to ensure involvement in cutting edge material science and processing technology.
Recognition
Our approach has been recognized in the aerospace industry. We are a member of TPRC (Thermo Plastic Composites Research Center) Netherlands, and we are also a Boeing Silver Supplier. We have been nominated as Boeing Supplier of the Year in 2016 for Technology and Development, and in 2017 for Collaboration. We consistently meet and exceed customer quality and on-time delivery targets.
