We routinely run trade studies to determine the cost and rate optimized method for specific part types.

We then apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to rapidly industrialize from concept to high rate production. Our advanced engineering techniques enable expansion of cost-effective production at commercial volumes.

We have recently added significant process capability and capacity for laminate manufacture, profile shapes and stamp forming, ahead of demand and ability to mobilize from concept through qualification to production with agility and accuracy.

Our Profile Continuous Compression Molding (pCCM) equipment brings the unique capability to produce extremely long profile parts such as “C”, “H”, “J” and “T” profiles with one of the largest cross-sections of any supplier.
